Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

-Customers can return or exchange a product within 7 days of the delivery date.

-For returns, the customer must send the parcel back to us and share the courier slip. Once we receive the parcel, the refund will be transferred to the customer's account.

-For exchanges, the customer should send the defective item back and share the courier slip. After receiving the returned item, we will send a replacement product.
